My Spybot S&D did not detect this exe but after running RegCleaner software by Jouni Vuorio I noticed several unknown exes in my Windows system directory including 180ax. RegCleaner showed that it is also executed during the boot up of the computer. Dan's findings are similar to my experiences with IE although I have yet no clue that 180ax is guilty for this behaviour.

I don't know much about this file but I have been having problems with my computer. When I launch my browser after start-up, it won't open until I press ctrl/alt/delete and shut down 180ax
