Required for AI Suite II by Asus. Harmless.
This program is required for an Asus program (Ai Suite III)
This program (which runs Ai Suite III, good software) interferes with downloading the original and some upgrades of BitDefender and possibly other virus detectors.

ASUS AI suite has utilities which come with an ASUS motherboard. They do things like help with over clocking, monitoring CPU Temp & fan speed, etc. The .exe files are stored in subfolers of c:\ProgramFiles(86)\ASUS\. Uninstalling the ASUS AI suite may not delete either the ASUS folder nor registry entries to the programs, so even after uninstalling, the utility will run. Stop them with Task Manager (3 or 4 processes), and then delete the \ASUS\ folder (admin access). Reboot and they're gone. Removing the registry entries requires experience with REGEDIT.
agreed its by Asus & perfectly fine ;-)
