AAWTray.exe - Lavasoft Tray for Ad-Aware. Based on the Lavasoft support forum, this application is only needed for Plus or Pro version of Ad-Aware. It appears that his process is not required for the free versions of Ad-Aware. It has been reported that this process has been removed from and later versions of Ad-Aware free.
