Monitorts keypad inputs from LexMark x83 All-In-One printers. Shouldn't be needed if you don't use the printer's keypad for scanning.

ACMonitor_X83 is a driver for a LExmark Printer specifcally for the X83. The initial version was created in 2001, and revised in 2003 and can be downloaded from the LExmark site. I am currently having issues with my lexmark printer and has to do with Logging off and then logging on as a different user, it looses the printer

Needed if you have a Lexmark X83 and you use the buttons on the printer. Otherwise (or if it is over 80% CPU for 30 sec or over 10,000 RAM) you can end it.
