When deleted, it reappears during the next startup
It seems to be associated with the ASUS Splendid video enhancement technology found in ASUS laptops. After I uninstalled it, acovcnt.exe stopped reappearing

Cannot be sent to AV sites for analysis because it disappears. If deleted, it comes back. Wiping the hard drive and reinstall does not work, it comes back. Uses many UDP and TCP ports to access the internet. I'm still fighting it in my NEW laptop that is now very compromised.
