Found it in the following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Scans every 0.5 sec for service with name "McShield" "AvSynMgr" "navapsvc" and kills it - acrobat_sl.exe quits it self if it findwindow("Acrobat Viewer") is positive. -After you started Acrobat. This behavior is questionale because it circumvents virusscan security. Is this really to speed up Acrobat or to cover this FlexLM Licensemanagement crap that writes data directly after the partitiontable to physical harddisc
I found this file in Acrobat Pro 9.0 conflicts with VMWareServerD.exe and fails to allow VMWare to function correctly. This was tested under GSX 3.0
