I can only tell that it's about a month I see blue screens on my laptop and sometimes there's something written about this file.

This file came with a driver setup file for realtek ALC655. My computer bluescreens though sometimes while I am playing counter strike and this file is usually the reason. I get the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error.

This is a Realtek Audio file used for your onboard sound system. If you are using another soundcard (eg. Creative Prodigy, etc), it is recommended to remove it. If nt go to the link given and find "Windows 98Gold/98se/Me/2000/XP for Driver only" and DL the .exe file and everything will be fixed.

Kernel driver, Demand, system32 folder according to TDSS killer (with all parameters) it's part of the Realtek Audio drivers (which I have) but it's unsigned so it is labeled as suspicious. It's legitimate.
