APAgent has nothing to do with tracking information or applications. APAgent.exe is an Apple utility to configer Disks and/or Printers connecten to a wireless Apple Airport Base station. An Apple wireless base station comes with an on board USB port to connect disks or printers and share them over your wireless lan.
