I don't know much about the applecharger.sys file but I do know that it is giving me a BSod just after I reinstalled WIN7 64. I find it in my system32 folder as is told above. I just wonder if I can delete it all together since it is not a necessary system file.

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with AppleCharger. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time.
