This is a Asus Hotkey driver, harmless but uses a lot of memory, up to 250MB RAM.

On an Asus laptop, disabling this service disables at least the keyboard function / fn keys f3 and f4 for decreasing and increasing keyboard backlight brightness.
Seems to be related to the hotkey functionality and OSD. Always takes up a very, very tiny amount of RAM for me (less than 1MB).
