Asus Probe driver. To disable (or remove it) go to hardware manager, enable hidden devices in view, and find the driver in none-plug and play devices. There it can be stopped, startup method changed, or removed. The Asus Probe util might not work w/o it, but who cares.
It's directly related to asus probe - remove asus probe and the error goes awaw

Appears to be ASUS Utility Probe Driver
It belongs to Asus PC Probe. The error message is caused by repeated installations of the program, which erroneously leave forever their _ISTMPs in Windows/Temp. These cause the problem!! Solution: uninstall the program, open all the ISTMPs and eliminate the ones that contain AsmiHwio.dll and/or other files related to PC Probe (check them in Program Files/Asus/Probe before unistalling). Re-install the program and ... go!

Driver for ASUS Utility Probe 2.11 and later. Absolutely Harmless. I am using it right now, right at this moment. I have had 40 different anti-virus programs scan this and none of them said that this is a virus or a malicious file. If you are having issues with 2.11 just simply update to 2.12.

Best practices for resolving aslm75 issues

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with aslm75. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Always remember to perform periodic backups, or at least to set restore points.

Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time. Use the resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. Even for serious problems, rather than reinstalling Windows, you are better off repairing of your installation or, for Windows 8 and later versions, executing the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command. This allows you to repair the operating system without losing data.

To help you analyze the aslm75.sys process on your computer, the following programs have proven to be helpful: Security Task Manager displays all running Windows tasks, including embedded hidden processes, such as keyboard and browser monitoring or Autostart entries. A unique security risk rating indicates the likelihood of the process being potential spyware, malware or a Trojan. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware detects and removes sleeping spyware, adware, Trojans, keyloggers, malware and trackers from your hard drive.
