Well, I have looked around and searched in many different ways without finding a clear answer, which leads me to believe that no one seems to want or claim ownership of this thing, let alone explain what it my system, the properties of the .exe file show that the copyright belongs to TODO(c), which is part of the EASEUS software that I regard as serious and genuine, and very useful, I'll just keep an eye on AsRoutineController.exe until I find a good reason to delete it.
