Not Sure exactly what it does but i have notice that it will decrease ur internet speed dramaticly

I beleive it to be related to Lexlore.exe file which can be related to the Sodabot Worm. Received a file on msn which Installed Lexplore.exe in my registry under RUNONCEEX and dropped the file also in c:\windows\system32\lexplore.exe.
