I wasn't able to open audio controls, install varius software, etc etc, i went through and closed each running program one by one to see which software was causing the problems, it turned out to be ATITRAY.. wtf is up with that software? be careful

Made by Ray Adams, it's essentially a sys tray replacement for the ATI control panel or Catalyst Control Center. Also can show OSD in games with temps and framerates.
