Part of panda, which is fine when you want to be protected. Can really hog up your memory though, so i suggest turning it off when you're not connected to the web.

It's a huge resource hog I prefer to turn it off and run it manually on a regular basis. It keeps my computer clean that way, and doesn't eat my resources.

It's part of the Panda Antivirus, it scan regulary for possible virus threats and uses ususaly 100% of CPU and memory doing so, it's no threat but enoing because it slows down the pc.
