It is very bad because it changes alot of internet settings and MSN settings with out asking for permission.
Bandoo.exe is part of Bandoo developed by Discordia Limited
Watch your bandwith uploads, I found the Bandoo controller for some reason was uploading 500kbs. Once I killed off the Bandoo service this upload stopped.
It changed settings and allowed numerous viruses to infect my computer. It may be cute but there is a heavy price for "cute."
Won't let me terminate it and is running as a system file and uses alot of CPU
Bandoo is an adware style program designed to lure in unknowledgeable users with "cool" emoticons. Bandoo will change your internet settings in various browsers (including homepage, search provider, and addon installation in compatable browsers). Bottom Line: If you like emoticons AND adware, this is a great program. If you don't like your computer's configuration being changed without express approval, then steer clear. Also, check out the Web Of Trust link below to see Bandoo's site's trust rating.

Was installed with a game for toddlers called Putt Putt Travels Through Time. It's harmless.
Do not install. This is malware. If you need ;-) then just type it instead.

Every time my computer boots, the cursor won't stop blinking until Bandoo is removed. I believe I removed it permanently by deleting an iLivid.exe file.
