It's a file loaded by a program called Traffic Shaper XP It's a file loaded by a program called Traffic Shaper XP. TS is a non threat program as far as I know. A problem to me is that after playing with the program some time ago and closing it it was starting up each day since without my knowledge. Finally worked that out today ( I must have told it to throttle my broadband, spent days this week when I saw my speed was way down, trying to find why) STRESS THAT IT MAY BE MY FAULT THAT THE PROGRAM LOADED EACH DAY AS i DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ITS OPERATION). Bad thing was I found no record in start up
