bigdog.exe installs itself every time i install the software for my philips spc200nc webcam i dont trust it..i keep it from loading using msconfig and it doesnt effect anything

This is a driver for webcam.
   
I just reinstalled the driver for my Vimicro webcam and I got a message saying bigdog.exe encountered an error and needs to close. It's most likely a program needed by the webcam.
