Bluefrog is an anti spammer tool. It intercepts incoming spam and sends complaints on behalf of the Blue Community users to sites advertised in recieved spam. (basicly it spams the advertiser with complaints hopefully leading to the advertiser not resorting to mass spamming tactics)
