This is the client-proccess for BitTornado (and other torrent-client apps).
   

Btdownloadgui.exe is the client for BitTornado and as such needs to be running 'only' if you are currently using the program to download/upload to the internet. Upon finishing a download/upload I have noticed that btdownloadgui.exe will 'hang' in the "Task Manager Proccesses" applet. Watch the CPU (% usage) column for any activity... if none it's safe to "End Proccess", just make sure its the right one :)

Best known bittorent client. Monitored it's behaviour and found it harmless. Can't understand though why the process continues to run after exiting the program! It just sits there completely inactive.
