For me works the most easiest way: just restore your computer for the point before instaling it.
It is a website that allows users to stream video without paying for premium memberships. The background program has to be running in order to work.

Cacaoweb.exe is saved in my 'downloads' folder & doesn't go anywhere else that I can find; also, it works directly from the dl's folder even when I don't have it sitting on the taskbar (I think it's quick-launch - forgive me if I'm wrong; I have severely limited sight & use it to watch tv series & tv-movies online rather than 2in from a tv screen & unable to see anything. I'm legally blind w/"severely limited" residual central vision remaining & 3-degrees peripheral vision). Each time this 'app,' if u will, updates, it's possible to rename it to overwrite previous ver. left in 'dls' folder. It actually does remove time-constraints & commercials; it's nicer 4 me bc more-oft-than-not commercials r LOUD! It hurts my ears. Contrary to what some doctors claim, other senses R HEIGHTENED when another (or more, as in my case w/sight-loss & loss of sensitivity from nerve damage related to retinal disease & 4 autoimmune diseases w/2 of the 4 causing eventual total blindness bc they damage the retinas AND corneas. Added Notation: It's not my intent to deny credit where it's due; I subscribe to a dish company & to Netflix; hwr, they aren't always streaming what I'm interested in playing.
I think my router is constantly fighting against it and then shuts down its connection with me... but perhaps there is another false cocoaweb, because I wonder why it's twice registered in my firewall... Anyway it works a little too stealthily, just like a botnet to the best of my knowledge, so it's inherently dangerous. It finally doesn't tell how much background activities it does, while utorrents, let's say, clearly tells me what's going on.
