It keeps a log file called "capman_all_log.txt" in the user's document and settings in the directory \application data\ teleca\telecalib\logging\application logs. This file can reach huge dimensions if not cleaned up regularly.

Part of HTC Sync, used to synchronize the HTC Hero phone to the PC and Microsoft Outlook. Also used to install applications on the phone.

HTC Sync installed it on my machine. I don't sync my HTC Hero phone anymore. so I dumped. Teleca installed several other files that run all the time. I used Process Explorer to discover it. Great program.

As others said, I installed the Sony Erickson Suite. I used it about once every 13 weeks but I also have caperbility manager and my computer has been having problems. Caperbility Manager seems high in my Task Manager so I researched it and found it was a non-windows program. So as I am having problems with my computer running at 100% and crashing even though I am not running anything on it which I want, then Caperbility manager with be removed. I will only leave it on my computer when I use it then remove it as I have the disk.
