I see that process on my machine, and I have just been to the Philippines and installed software from SMART Bro. I don't remember seeing it before.

cdrom_mon.exe is a component of ZTE USB modems that detects and activates it when plugged located either at C:\Windows\system32\SupportAppXL\cdrom_mon.exe or C:\Windows\system32\TDSupportApp\cdrom_mon.exe

i have it on my process list running located at C:\windows\system32\supportappxl\cdrom_mon.exe with a file size of 81920. and oh by the way im from Philippines and have ZTE USB Modem [ SMARTBRO ] installed in my computer
