Description: The file CeEKey.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files" (common is C:\program files\toshiba\e-key\). Known file sizes on Windows 7/XP are 638,976 bytes (29% of all occurrences), 675,840 bytes and 12 more variants. http://www.file.net/process/ceekey.exe.html 
The program is loaded during the Windows boot process (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). It is not a Windows core file. Ok, never mind, it's a program to run some of the function keys. You probably need it on.

I think it's for the sound section on Toshiba laptops? Currently have it disabled and nothing seems to be missing. But I don't use those audio buttons.
