if you do not require it for wireless connection you can safety remove the error by following the instructions for - how to remove CFServ error

on a toshiba laptop with wirless card bult in; cfsserv is needed for the program configfree a stylish enterface, easy to use for locating, veiwing, and connecting to wirless networks, although u can view and connect to wireless network in win xp's wireless network connection, properties. with configfree preinstaled worked fine till today, im not sure why but twice before this post, upon logon after reboot CFSServ ( ! ) message box apeared one after another with different error descriptions each. restarted laptop 5 times, first time cfsserv boxes! none till last reboot (in search of why)
