Networking configuration tool. Toshiba product that tries to make configuring your WLAN and LAN "easier" for you. It can be dangerous in the wrong hands if the person is concerned about security and privacy. It is possible to leave your network completely open if you want and it doesn't warn you. So it is really just a mediocre connection tool with "use at your own risk" configuration tools.
