After 4 hours searching found this core.sys as reason for several problems. Its results in formating the system.

Kann nicht deinstalliert werden. Sitzt in win32\driver ordner. Nur im safe modus oder mit pe-builder entfernbar. Schaden am system nicht ausgeschlossen. Rootkit familie?

It was in my daughter's computer. Kept redirecting Web page to shopping sites. Slowed down the browser to a crawl. Almost impossible to stay on a site I wanted to be on. Was able to finally delete it by going into safemore and using AVG.
