Look at Creative's web page and you will see it say Creative Technologies Ltd. So it seems to be the same company as the sound card manufacturer.

Mad Duck's comment that Creative Technologies is an ad firm is incorrect. To confirm go to www.creative.com and click support, knowledge base, and then search for ctagent, and you'll see they list it as one of their files, AND show you that their full corporate name is Creative Technology Ltd.

I quarantined this and my sound drivers are still working fine. I don't see why my sound blaster would need a keylogger. I think that Creative Technologies is not the same as Creative Labs.
