It's running on a Dell Optiplex I have, but not sure if it's malware. It's in the System32 folder...and the service doesn't have a description like the Microsoft ones do, so it's suspicious

Anti virus detected it as malicious and trying to connect. I can't delete it , it tels me acces is denied. File is write protected or may be in use...
