This doesn't sound good. When I first researched this I came up with something that said "questionable printer communications system". I've also noticed that every now and then my printer makes a sound like it's clicking on getting ready to print, even when I haven't given any command to print. I think this is a dangerous process. I'm going to quarantine it.

dlcccoms.exe belongs to Printer Communication System. It's a part of the Dell Photo printer software package. Should be located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\dlcccoms.exe
Its a Dell driver for the printer
Part of the Dell Printer software. Dell AIO 924 printers for sure. If you delete it you can not print with your dell printer. If you do delete it then uninstal and reinstal your printer software from your disk or download the file from dell and reinstall and you will be good.
It is not visible in c:\windows\system32, but you will see it if you go to task manager where you can end the process. I have deleted it since I no longer use Dell AIO 924 printer.
