It's adware: http://castlecops.com/tk1795-dnscore_dll.html . As I couldn't find an email addy, I decided to post here... The main reason why I decided to post is that you're still using the OLD address for my CLSID database: http://www.sysinfo.org/ . In fact, that site is no longer being updated, and is now about 26,000 (!) entries behind the current site, which is http://castlecops.com/CLSID.html

Adware removal programs do not pick this up, but it can be deleted if you close IE and all other browser windows. I used a freeware program "Eraser v5.7" to erase this file per DoD standards...
