DockApp.exe ist der Service für den BayManager bei meinem Dell-Notebook. Der ermöglicht den Wechsel des CD-Rom Laufwerks mit dem mitgelieferten Floppy-Laufwerk ohne Windows herunterfahren zu müssen.

not much, can't trace it's origin so i killed it. was having major problems with windows 98se shutdown. i know there is an inherent problem there but have had it running for 5 years no problems until this appeared a few weeks ago. also found jammer2nd. don't know if they are related.
