Wie bereits gesagt, das ist der Treiber von Samsung Monitoren. Mein Samsung 193P benötigt die Datei zur Farbkalibrierung, da er über keinerlei Hardwaretasten verfügt.

I have MagicTune too and a C:\Program Files\Portrait Displays\MagicTune\dtsrvc.exe file too

I am one of the developers who wrote it .. the service is there to support non-admin privelege users to use MagicTune software .. If you are an admin user and want to stop this service, you can go the SCM (Service Control Manager) from Windows Control Panel and stop the service and make it "manual" startup so that it does not start the next time machine is booted up.

Its the MagicTune driver that comes with Samsung monitors. Don't know how to stop it starting though
