It suppors debuging DirectX application. Comes with DirectX SDK. You can turn it off from your "Control Plannen\Administrative Tools\Services" then turn off the DirectX Debug Service. The executable can be found in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DirectX Extensions\DXDebugService.exe"
