It seems to be a BrowserAid process, deleting incompletely may create problems with stability in OS

"BrowserAid/LB is a background updater process run from a DLL via rundll32.exe. BrowserAid/LB/D uses filename D0CE0C16B1.DLL, BrowserAid/LB/E uses E6F1873B.DLL." - looks like its spyware to me, although im not 100% sure.
