e_fatiace.exe belongs to Epson Status Monitor 3 for the Stylus C88 Series printer - for monitoring printer status, checking ink levels, performing Nozzle Checks, Head Cleaning, and Printing Head Alignment, also give access to the "Printer Settings" dialogue etc.
It is a status monitor for Epson stylus C88 printer. Does not seem to use much CPU and it is in the folder stated above, and I have a C88 Printer. So it does not seem harmful.
