seems to be a part of the kodak printers Link:
This file is part of the Kodak printer installation CD. It is in no way harmful to your P.C.

It's part of your printer's set up. There's nothing dangerous about having your printer installed properly.
It is part of the installation and drivers package for a variety of Kodak printers. Although it is not a virus or adware, it will randomly "Activate" for no apparent reason, on desktop or laptops, and run up to over 50% of the CPU, even on a newer gaming rig (CPU strength doesn't seem to matter and neither does running Win7 or XP; Win7 on Gaming rig and laptop, XP on a business computer). So, I can't honestly say it is 100% safe with random actions such as that which you can't stop, monitor or control.
Its for a Kodak printer that I have installed.
EKAiOHostService.exe is constantly trying to connect to the internet using up to 60% of the CPU capacity preventing the computer from using most programs without overtaxing the CPU
