EvtEng.exe is a process belonging to EvtEng Module which offers additional support to your Intel wireless LAN hardware. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems. You can terminate this process with no problems, but let it start up when the computer boots, otherwise you can't get online!!! :(
