I've got this deamon file in this folder. C:\windows\system32\cfg - it has FireDaemonUI.exe and FireDaemon.exe but hidden, and i dont remember to have installed it, so it must be bad since it has on that folder IEXPLORER.exe too disguized as Mirc.
