mit fssfltr nahm sich die website zugriff auf die hostdatei um eben aus der hostdateisperrliste zu entfernen was auch geklappt hatte.somit war meine eigens reingeschriebene zeile gelöscht und einen virus oder wurm fssfltr unsichtbar nur mit editor sichtbar.vom virenscanner nicht erkannt worden.
