FTRTSVC.exe was installed as part of my 'Orange Internet Everywhere Wifi USB key I installed, i.e, because my property didn't have a phone line to begin with I bought a plug in USB Wifi key from Orange Telecom (who bought out France Telecom) and FTRTSVR.exe was installed as part of the software installation process.
