Keeps reloading itself once I kill it, and also cannot find the directory it specifies that it's in. It also does not show up on a search for it through all drives.

An i-explorer toolbar which also sends information about the site we visit, and obviously, to "Google Inc". However, it's clearly written in it's agreement!!
