HP DESKJET 940C has compatibility problems with this GATEWAY program. Causes error in printer ink cartridge carrier. Locks up printer that is unfixable as long as gwinkmonitor is installed. Finding it is harder than led to believe by HP. Must be disabbled, then removed to allow printer to work.
