HandBrakeCLI.exe is a video converter process runned by System. It is localised in: C:\Program Files\MCEBuddy2x\handbrake I was installed MCEBuddy2.13 in my Win7pro with admin privileges. It was started permannetly MCEBuddy Windows Media Center and monitor when it is stop recording the program, than start convert wtv file to mp4 (with my settings).
