This process is directly linked to the "Hide Files and Folders" program installed via a user trying to find a way to encrypt files and folders under windows XP 32/64 (which is an inherant procees, can be used from windows with no standalone software) This program is extremly unstable in my personal environment and even after uninstall the process still lingers and requests a password while attemping to remove it. Very annoying.
