I use Hola as a Google Chrome Extension. It allows me to access websites that are blocked by my country, Portugal, such as those common movies and tv series sites where you can torrents or stream pirate versions of movies and series. Hola - betteer internet masks your VPN tricking the website into thinking you are accessing it from a different country of your choice, thus rendering the blocking feature useless. You can, by having it active (it memorizes your settings so that you dont have to activate Hola every time you go to that specific website. You can keep this .exe from the start, as a matter of comfort, or you can turn it off to make boot time shorter, and then manually turn it on if you decide you-ll use that session to watch one of those films!
