This program is related to the feature "share-to-web" from some HP hardwares, so if you don't pretend to use that, you could terminate it to save some memory, I did it.
  Rodrigo Lobo Schmidt
It's part of Hewlitt Packards Share to Web software

When I end this process I can not use my HP Scanjet Scanner but if I restart the process comes up again and then I can scan. So I will end this process each time I turn the computer on unless I plan to use the scanner. I don't use the HP share-to-web function so I don't know if it has something to do with this or not.

Part of scanner software from HP, I have removed it with regedit from RUN folder, because I don't want to use it
