Installed with HP OfficeJet G95
I get the "Unabe to start drive for hpoipm07.exe" message since installing and running Spyware Doctor. At boot-up, message appears, but clickigng OK and proceeding doesn't seem to impact anything negatively. There is a collision of sorts at Start-up, probably with Spyware Dr, but that is not to imply that anyting associated with hpoipm07.exe or its related driver(s) are "spyware."
It is being blocked by trend micro anti=virus but the HP printer scannerstill seems to work
It seems to have blocked access to Internet Explorer and Google, I went into misconfig and deleted hpoipm07.exe but was still unable to access the interenet by explorer or google, however safari still works
I've had the pop-up for my HPofficejet d145. Due to updates to software lost my functionality of my HP printer director software which is a drag. Don't know if its a language/coding problem of incompatibility.

Best practices for resolving hpoipm07 issues

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with hpoipm07. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time. Use the resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. Even for serious problems, rather than reinstalling Windows, you are better off repairing of your installation or, for Windows 8 and later versions, executing the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command. This allows you to repair the operating system without losing data.
