It's IrvanView, a great application for modifying images.
IrvanView ist ein gratis bildbetrachtungsprogramm, mit dem man auch kleinere bildbearbeitungen machen kann. der grosse funktionsumfang überzeugt und ist nicht selbstverständlich, für freeware. ich benutze Irvan View schon jahrelang und hatte noch nie probleme damit. da ich dem programmierer nichts spenden kann, schreibe ich hier als dankeschön, dass ich damit sehr zufrieden bin.
