Integration for Internet Download Accelerator. It is only a plugin which allows IDA to start the download from your browser. Users can safely disable it by using IDA configuration menu under "General-Intergration" from the side bar. Also can be safely disabled from your browser "Manager Addons..." from tools menu. If you don't have IDA installed then delete this plugin at your own risk.
